Our Story
OLLMOO was founded by Katherine Moos. Katherine has over twenty-five years of experience in senior executive search with Spencer Stuart.
OLLMOO was born out of Katherine's belief that business and society benefit from increasing the number of women in leadership roles. We believe that there are many highly talented future women leaders who are currently not being discovered by leading employers. We want to change this.

Olly Moos
OLLMOO is named in memory of Olly Moos, Katherine's son, who died in a skiing accident at the age of 20.
Olly's great friends are the founding team of OLLMOO.
