About the Role

As the Financial Partnership Strategist, you’ll own and grow key relationships with banks, fintechs, and financial infrastructure providers that power our business. You’ll be responsible for setting the strategic vision for each partnership, ensuring it aligns with our financial and product goals, and collaborating across internal teams to bring that vision to life. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that works closely with Treasury, Finance, Product, Business Development, and our core business units.


What You'll Do

  1. Develop and own the strategic roadmap for key financial partnerships, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  2. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders at partner organizations.
  3. Work closely with internal stakeholders — including Treasury, Finance, Product, and Business Development — to execute on partnership initiatives.
  4. Guide partnership structures and opportunities, while collaborating with business development and legal teams on execution.
  5. Act as the internal champion for partners, fostering collaboration and accountability across teams.


What You'll Need

  1. 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or relationship management within financial services or fintech.
  2. Proven ability to lead complex, high-stakes relationships across multiple stakeholders.
  3. Strong communication and executive presence, with experience influencing internally and externally.


Bonus Points If

  1. Deep familiarity with the financial ecosystem, including banks, payments providers, and fintechs.
  2. Experience setting long-term partnership strategies and aligning them with broader business and financial objectives.
  3. Skilled at working cross-functionally with Treasury, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Product to drive initiatives forward.
  4. A strategic, relationship-first mindset with a focus on delivering mutual value and long-term impact.
