The 8-week programme starts Monday, July 7th, 2025. This a paid internship.

The Role:

• Support the preparation and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly reports used by the Investment team to inform decision-making processes.
• Actively participate in daily meetings with the Investment team, contributing insights and gaining a deeper understanding of their strategies.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the mechanics of Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs) and monitor changes in test results on a week-to-week basis, highlighting key variations.
• Assist in reconciling monthly reports, payment schedules, and waterfall calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Observe and facilitate effective collaboration between the Investment team and Operations.

Requirements:

• Junior in College enrolled at a university in the United States.
• An academic background in finance, economics, business or accounting.
• Sound mathematical skills and an aptitude for quantitative tasks.
• A strong interest in hedge funds, alternative investment management, trustee services, or collateralised loan obligation administration.
• An understanding of reconciliations.
• Good Excel skills, with a foundation in handling data and spreadsheets.
• Interest in developing a professional career in financial services.
