As an Account Executive for Uber Direct Portugal, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding this high-growth business. Your mission? Identify and onboard new restaurant, retail, and grocery partners while driving the adoption of our cutting-edge delivery solutions. What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and sell: Identify and engage high-value restaurant, retail, and grocery partners, demonstrating how Uber Direct can transform their delivery capabilities.
  • Drive the sales cycle: Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure seamless onboarding, working closely with internal teams.
  • Develop growth strategies: Build and execute account plans, forecast opportunities, and drive expansion in key verticals.
  • Build strong relationships: Position Uber Direct as the go-to last-mile delivery solution for enterprise partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with teams in operations, product, finance, legal, and compliance to enhance Uber Direct’s value proposition.


What You’ll Need

  • 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, preferably in logistics, delivery, or last-mile services.
  • A proven track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing enterprise deals.
  • Strong ability to prioritize, strategize, and execute sales initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with contract negotiations and a focus on value-driven pricing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Autonomous and self-driven, with the ability to operate independently in an evolving business landscape.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Salesforce proficiency is a plus.
  • Industry knowledge in on-demand/same-day delivery or API integration is a bonus but not required.
