The Role

OLLMOO is seeking a driven and dynamic Talent Partner to join our talent team and focus on recruitment for technology roles. You will contribute to sourcing and screening candidates for open roles with our clients and you will be leading on technology hires. Day-to-day responsibilities include running searches through our proprietary database of over 30,000 future women leaders and actively sourcing top talent for our clients. You will lead interviews with candidates from across the globe, as well as have client-facing responsibilities.


As a member of a small talent team, you will be integral to OLLMOO’s client work and to driving growth for the business. In this role, you will actively contribute to our social mission of advancing women on the path to leadership. We work remotely in the EMEA timezone and will expect you to be available throughout core work hours. Our work culture is collaborative, friendly, and driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source top talent for open roles with our clients. 
  • Interview candidates following set interview frameworks and contribute to improving interview structures. 
  • Evaluate candidates and make informed, reliable judgement calls to distinguish between good and great candidates.
  • Deliver high-quality candidate briefs detailing fit to the role and company, maintaining short delivery times.
  • Support candidates throughout client interviews, providing tailored interview preparation support.
  • Participate in client meetings and serve as a subject-matter expert on the technology talent landscape.
  • Serve as a mentor to our community, completing mentorship calls and providing one-on-one career support.
  • Contribute to developing our services and strategy.


Requirements

  • Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing and screening talent for technology roles; experience in the Financial Services sector a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of software development, data engineering, and informatics.
  • Understanding of technology industries and previous exposure to key clients in the sector.
  • Ability to present effectively to C-Suite clients.
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects independently, shaping processes and taking ownership of your work.
  • High degree of cultural versatility.
  • Exceptional communication skills and advanced fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.
  • Great writing skills and ability to deliver to deadlines.
  • Self-starting team player, flexible, driven and focused on high-quality client service. Will thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving and non-hierarchical culture.
  • EU/UK-based candidates preferred.


Compensation: €30,000 - €40,000 gross per annum + bonus.
