What you’ll do as Delivery Partner (m/f/d)

Summary:

You will be our go-to person when it comes to making our most strategically important customers happy. In the role of Delivery Partner (f/m/d), you will not only be responsible for the delivery of our entire service portfolio, you will also have full control over the commercial success of our customers. Your word carries weight at the negotiating table and you ensure the successful fulfilment of our supply contracts. You ensure the satisfaction of our customers and the growth of the account by building a close and sustainable relationship. You will also be responsible for orchestrating all internal and external resources. 


The Role:

Account and stakeholder management

  • Steering & directing: You manage and direct external and internal stakeholders, in particular, our delivery units, partners, and front office teams.
  • C-level management: You develop customer relationships at C-level in close cooperation with the Service Account Executive (f/m/d), the Global Account Director (f/m/d) and/or Managing Partner (f/m/d), the virtual account teams, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Orchestration: You orchestrate all non-licence-related delivery and success resources for the client.
  • Trusted Advisor: You develop a roadmap for business innovation, adoption, consumption and transformation and coordinate this with the customer.


Sales and marketing

  • Key account management: As a member of the account team, you will organise all sales-related activities, from account planning, forecasting, reporting, and opportunity management to contract design and conclusion.
  • Growth: You will expand our presence with customers and promote profitable sales growth in all business areas.


Delivery

  • Service delivery: You ensure the planning and provision of all contractually agreed services in terms of quality, time, and financial targets.
  • Optimisation: You optimise service delivery through the use of SAP nearshore and offshore services, taking into account SAP common practices and tools.
  • Escalation management: You handle escalations and critical project situations confidently and professionally.


What you bring 

  • You have worked in the role of Key Account Manager, Portfolio or Programme Manager and have in-depth industry knowledge.
  • You are adept at dealing and collaborating with stakeholders at C-level, both internally and with large, multinational customers.
  • Ideally, you have extensive knowledge of our SAP solution portfolio (on-premise and cloud solutions) and our service offering.
  • It would be an advantage for your new role if you have already achieved demonstrable success in the commercial responsibility of customer accounts.
  • You possess sound knowledge of project, time, and cost management.
  • You are proactive, structured and results-orientated, and have a strong can-do attitude.
  • You have resilience under time and management pressure with a high degree of flexibility. 
  • You possess advanced verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
